14, 1930. The pilot was John B. Fornasero. Based at San
Diego, CA, he carried a single passenger, Thomas Ryan.
The airplane is a Waco model INF, S/N 3364, manufactured in 1930.
It was sold to the Troy Flying Service, Oakland, CA. Fornasero
was Chief Instructor at the Ryan School of Aeronautics in
San Diego. Fornasero and Ryan's flight could have been a ferry flight of this brand new airplane from Troy, OH to new owners in California.
