This airplane was a model 2T1A, S/N 149. It landed once at Tucson, Wednesday, September 17, 1930. It was flown solo by Edward Rembert. Based at Cleveland, OH, he was solo westbound from Cleveland to Los Angeles, CA. No purpose was given in the Register for this trip. Below, courtesy of Tim Kalina, is a photograph of NC432Y. The location is Wertz Field, Charleston, WV. The pilot in the photo is a Mr. Starke. The date is unknown.

In 1929, pilot Rembert joined the Great Lakes Aircraft Corporation of Cleveland, OH. He held the post of assistant to the president. This flight could well have been a ferry trip for NC432Y to its new owner on the West Coast.
